When it comes to being a woman there are so many things to think about. I’m not kidding! From hormone , to nutrition, to cellulite, to PMS, to periods, to babies, to mum life, and more…

I could sit with my friends for hours and literally cover all these topics and more, so one of my besties, who is soon to be a midwife, decided instead of keeping all these conversations and shared knowledge which we have gained between us why not share it with all of you.

We will be coming into your living room and hopefully help you answer some of your many questions. Our chats will not be loaded with information you can’t absorb and will forget as soon as we finish talking, instead they will give you the information you need without your brain exploding!



Post mensural syndrome, or PMS as we know it is something most of us women experience, whether it manifests as bloating, headaches, cravings, anger, anxiety or depression… but is it normal? Are we supposed to feel like this for nearly half the year and the other half perfectly normal?

Multitasking has become the norm in our technologically and consumer driven lives. We are always busy and the “to do” list never seems to end. From worrying about work, trying to raise a family, trying to have a life, studying, exercising, and also staying up to date with social media, there is a constant need to be multitasking. Is this causing us to be more anxious or is it helping us?
